    <h2>Refund/Return Policy</h2>
    <p>We believe in complete customer satisfaction. You have 30 days from the posted delivery date to request a refund. To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at (888)-868-2607. Our customer service department will email you an RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. You will be refunded for each unit you send back to us only. You will need to send the unit back to the address provided below. Upon receipt you will receive a refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fee. Orders with opened units may be charged a restocking/disposal fee of $8.30 per unit. Refused or returned packages that are sent to us without prior approval from Customer Care are not eligible for a refund.</p><p>DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY. Doing so will disqualify you for a refund. Refused packages are often not returned to us. To ensure you get a refund in a timely manner, please follow the return steps as outlined.</p>

    <p>NOTE: The Transaction will show on your Credit Card statement as Garcinia Cambogia Ultra Slim or Phenom Marketing Inc.     <p>After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 7 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.</p>

    	<li>Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.</li>
    	<li>After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your return. Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your banking institution's billing and credit schedule.</li>
    	<li>Our customer service representatives may offer you a discounted price or partial refund if you call to cancel your account. You may accept or reject the discounted price or partial refund. If you reject the discount or partial refund, then in order to obtain your refund you will be required to return the product to us using an RMA number as described above. If you accept the discount or partial refund, you agree to waive your right to return this order.</li>
